El mercado de las criptodivisas es cambiante y volátil, pero muy interesante. 

Las monedas digitales han tomado un impulso enorme en los ultimo años, sobretodo el 2016, el cual puede ser nombrado como el año de las criptodivisas, sin embargo hoy en día existen mas de 700 de estas, de las cuales la gran mayoría no aportan una innovación significativa.  

Cuando Bitcoin se presentó al público en 2009 significó una gran revolución en si misma y continua siéndolo en este momento. Sin embargo, muchas de las monedas que son creadas en este momento, son "copias" de Bitcoin y solo algunas de ellas están innovando sobre el legado de la primera criptodivisa. 

A este fenómeno de creación indiscriminada de monedas le he denominado coin bulking o fenómeno de abultamiento. Este termino lo he descrito como autor para explicar el fenómeno de creación masiva de monedas, pero también para hacer entender a las personas los principales riesgos del mismo.  

El fenómeno de abultamiento, crea incertidumbre en algunas personas, sobretodo en aquellas que están iniciando en el mundo de las criptodivisas. También puede favorecer la aparición de esquemas ponzi o páginas con esquemas fraudulentos, también esquemas inciertos o controversiales como OneCoin. Igualmente, puede generar desconfianza global entorno a las criptodivisas y enmarcalas como inciertas o fraudulentas.

Todos estos sucesos, derivados del coin bulking, pueden llevar a muchas criptodivisas a devaluarse, incluyendo al bitcoin. Por eso es deber de las personas usar las monedas digitales de forma responsable y honesta. También, deben investigar antes de invertir en una criptodivisa y educarse mas al respecto, la educación es la clave para hacer parte del mundo de las divisas digitales sanamente.

The crypto-currency market is changing and it is volatile, but very interesting.
Digital coins have taken a huge boost in the last years, especially 2016, which can be named as the year of the crypto-currencies, but today there are more than 700 of these, of which the vast majority do not contribute a significant innovation.

When Bitcoin was introduced to the public in 2009, it meant a great revolution on itself and continues being this at the moment. However, many of the coins that are created at the now are "copies" of Bitcoin and only a few of them are innovating on the legacy of the first crypto-coin.

To this phenomenon of indiscriminate creation of currencies I have denominated coin bulking phenomenon. This term I have described as author to explain the phenomenon of massive creation of coins, but also to make people understand the main risks of it.

This phenomenon creates uncertainty in some people, especially in those who are starting in the world of crypto-currencies. It can also favor the appearance of ponzi schemes or pages with fraudulent schemes, also uncertain or controversial schemes like OneCoin. Likewise, it can generate global distrust around the crypto-currencies and frame them as uncertain or fraudulent.


All these events, derived from coin bulking, can lead many crypto-currencies to devaluate, including bitcoin. That is why it is the duty of people to use digital coins responsibly and honestly. Also, they must investigate before investing in a crypto-coin and educating themselves more about them; education is the key to be part of the world of digital currencies.
